Ring of Honor’s Ian Riccaboni on his start, where he sees ROH heading in 2018, and what the WOH Championship Tournament means for the women involved

Ian Riccaboni grew up in Pennsylvania, the hotbed for pro wrestling during the 80s and 90s, watching superstars from all over the world compete in the squared circle. He grew up loving sports and started for the NYU baseball team for four years before transitioning to the media side of the sports world making a name for himself for his work with the Philadelphia Phillies which included a best selling book. Now known as the voice of Ring of Honor wrestling, Ian is a vital part of their weekly television series and their amazing pay per view offerings. Riccaboni joins Cagesiders to talk about what led him down the sports media path, how a chance encounter led him to the world of pro wrestling, what’s next for Ring of Honor wrestling in 2018 after a banner year in 2017 and what the future holds for the Women of Honor amid their inaugural championship tournament.
